The Student Affairs Department is responsible for all matters related to:

• granting and paying out scholarships to UZG students and doctoral students (except Doctoral Schools),
• granting and proper use of places in student dormitories,
• handling the payment of contributions under voluntary accident insurance for students and doctoral students,
• supporting the Student Self-Government, Doctoral Students' Council and student research clubs and organizations,
• keeping financial documentation and issuing funds for the activities of the Student Self-Government, the Council of Doctoral Students and student research clubs and organizations,
• providing administrative support for cases conducted by the Disciplinary Ombudsman for Students and Doctoral Students,
• organizing and coordinating the "Klakson-impuls do innowacji" (Eng. "Horn-impulse for innovation") competition.
